Romania went to Euro 1996 after a fantastic World Cup tournament in the United States. led by a fabulous Gheorghe Hagi. England ’96 was not as successful. even if Hagi was still there to captain its national side. Nonetheless. arguably. Romania had the best shirts of the tournament.
